Dear Parents and Athletes,
Your child has been chosen to complete for Fox Run School at the annual CENAA Track Meet in Red Deer on Monday, June 4, 2018. This meet will take place at the Legion Field located at Lindsay Thurber High School.
Students will leave Fox Run on the bus at 8:30 and arrive back at school at approximately 5:00pm. Please indicate, on the form, if you will be picking your child up from Lindsay Thurber after the meet.
The cost, to offset Meet registration ($6) and bussing ($4), is $10.00 per athlete. Students will need to bring with them a bag lunch, or money to buy lunch, running shoes, shorts, blue Fox Run t-shirt (if you have one), water bottle, sunscreen, bug spray, a hat, hoodie or rain jacket, and possibly a blanket and/or umbrella. Please make certain you are checking the weather forecast that morning and be prepared for everything. Students are NOT permitted into Lindsay Thurber School at any time for any reason.
Please sign all attached permission forms and take note of the schedule of events attached to this letter. Ask your son or daughter what events they are competing in and check the schedule for times.
Payment and forms are due, to Mr. Reynolds, no later than Tuesday, May 29th at 3:05.
